Loch Lomond Whiskies offer express UK delivery on all orders (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information from our shipping partner DHL. 

Please note, all delivery times stated are a guide, we always aim to dispatch and deliver your order on time. However, there may be times where we are affected by factors beyond our control and as such, orders may be delayed.  If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you.  

International Orders

At the moment we are unable to process any orders for EU, this will be updated in due course. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Shipping Policy

ONLINE STORE DELIVERY INFORMATION

1 PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS

1.1 We only sell to the UK. We only supply products for delivery to addresses in the UK.

1.2 Age restriction. No products are offered for sale to any person who is below legal drinking age in the country in which he or she is resident. If we or our delivery partners are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they may request some form of photo ID and may refuse delivery if this cannot be provided.

1.3 Size restriction. Purchases of alcoholic beverages are restricted to 5 (five) litres per transaction.

1.4 Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website during the checkout process.

1.5 When we will despatch the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will despatch the products to you. Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone over 18 must be present to sign for the parcel.

1.6 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will keep you updated as best we can and you should be able to track your delivery’s progress. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

1.7 If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available to sign for the products, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for you to call your local depot / post office. Please contact the local depot / post office as soon as a card is received to re-arrange delivery.

1.8 If you do not re-arrange delivery. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, the parcel is returned to us after a week - the cost of which will be passed on to you. If the parcel is returned to us and you do not wish us to re-send it, we may end the Contract and Clause 8.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply. If you do wish us to re-send the parcel, this will incur a further delivery charge.

1.9 When you become responsible for the goods. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.

1.10 When you own goods. You own a product once we have received payment in full.

1.11 What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you, for example, there are several mandatory fields which you must complete to enable us to process your order and allow us to contact you should we need to discuss your order. Please complete all fields carefully and accurately. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the Contract (and Clause 8.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply) or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
