This whisky opens with notes of honey, vanilla and raisins
On the palate, toffee sweetness develops alongside peach, orange and brown sugar.
The finish is medium in length, smooth and rounded, with gentle spice and dried fruits carrying through.

Distilled in our Straight Neck stills and collected at high strength, the unpeated spirit reveals a vibrant orchard fruit style. Maturation across first-fill, refill and re-charred American Oak casks builds depth, while a full Oloroso Sherry cask finish adds gentle spice, dried fruits and lasting richness.

The Loch Lomond Oloroso is an excellent whisky l have tried many over the years in moderation of course. My partner unfortunately has now acquired the taste migrating from a gin and tonic. The inscription you put on both bottles “Hands off Nicky” on my behalf hasn’t helped much. The next message needs to be a lot more forceful modern women really have overstepped the mark. Any suggestions to assist?
