Loch Lomond Original Single Malt is a perfect representation of our signature style, delivering a burst of sweet honey, orchard fruits and a gentle hint of smoke on the finish. Crafted using our a combination of spirit from our Straight Neck stills and more traditional Swan Neck Stills, before being aged in three tpyes of American Oak casks — Bourbon, Refill and Re-charred. Bottled at 40%, this expression is brought together by Michael Henry, our Master Blender, whose signature on each bottle is our personal assurance of quality.
Malty aromas of golden biscuit and a light fruitiness. Opens with sweet honey followed by smooth soft fruits of peach and pear, a delicate orange citrus note and creamy vanilla. Medium finish with a hint of soft smoke.
